History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Kody was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Kody's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Kody and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He became a Merchant soon after.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Godfrey was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gifted student he started as a Weaver, but he got bored and became a Courier. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Courier.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and balancing his hectic life and new courier responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gomory grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.
