History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He's also a talented Ruler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
