Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and wears suspenders and tan workpants. His shirt is brown, and he wears a heavy tan leather apron most of the time. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His golden hair is lengthy. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Ernest hails from a village terrorized by illithids. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 6'3". He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head, and his gloved hand is found clutching a monstrous two handed axe. His moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Bowyer who has hired him part-time. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bowyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light white in addition to tight pants. His chestnut hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He got into the Marshal business at a young age. He worked as a nervous Marshal and found it very stressful. He has achieved small success as a Marshal.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and balancing his hectic life and new marshal responsibilities is difficult

Description: This late middle aged man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it and is in decent physical shape. He keeps his white hair in a pixie cut. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a tan Stetson hat and tan clothes. His head has been shaved. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Rolf was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Farmer. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he loathes his own lifestyle
