Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Dean was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dean fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Being a Spice Merchant kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Personality: Geoffrey is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Engraver but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in the south to a Engraver, Geoffrey learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
