History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Courier arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. History: Manfred was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Manfred alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Manfred was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

History: Hugh was born with his mother's beautiful face. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Unemployed hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
