He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He got into the Ploughman business at a young age. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He now owns his own business.
