History: Aldous was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Spice Merchant they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Laborer, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a black coat. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his bow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a clover on it. His hair is auburn, silky, and of moderate length. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Conrad embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Conrad enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Conrad and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He keeps his brown hair in a pixie cut. His eyes are green and beady.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He struck the Spice Merchant job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he is unsatisfied with his job
