History: Gerard was born with his mother's beautiful face. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Layabout they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Barrister, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has decided he is irredeemable

He is bald on top and has large chestnut tufts of hair around his ears. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Simon grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Simon. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
