History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Servant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Shane never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Chad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Adelard's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Architect. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Gifted from a young age, Lewis studied abroad. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
