History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bookbinder. He struck the Bookbinder job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Gunter was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He's in love; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: He was born in the south. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: An older man who wears a fancy violet suit, he is not a threatening figure. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length brown hair. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Roland was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Roland's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Doctor. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
