History: Simon was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is greedy; and wants to work out more often

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. Gerard was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Adventurer. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is wracked by social anxiety

History: Raymond was born with his father's beautiful face. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
