History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Roger alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Roger was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.
