Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Manfred embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Balimaar hails from a village terrorized by goblins. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Healer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner.
