History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Through the years after Hugh was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed.
