History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His childhood dream was to be a Carter, but he was a colossal failure. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Hubert took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up dagger and armor he uses now. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hubert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
