History: Born to a Shepherd, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sellsword. He tends to his Sellsword job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and doesn't want to be a sellsword and was forced into it by his family

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Richard grew up listening to his father's many stories. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

After coming to the age of reason, Godfrey took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
