Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Balimaar will drive conversation. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Balimaar was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Balimaar decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Doctor who has hired him part-time. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Doctor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Doctor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Doctor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
