Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Dean hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Laborer.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Norman lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He's also a talented Fisher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Fisher again; and he has decided he is irredeemable
