To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did John. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Randal never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he loathes his own lifestyle

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
