Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears dark leathers with embroidery. His white hair has been sun bleached extensively. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: William was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. William grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did William. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Description: An older man who wears long strands of topaz and short green dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths, he is not a threatening figure. His golden hair is smooth and relatively long. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is an amazing painter.

History: Anselm lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

He likes to wear white tank tops with brown pants. His hair is long and silver with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Engraver. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: He was born into a rich family. A gifted student he started as a Soapmaker, but he got bored and became a Locksmith. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To be a Soapmaker again; and he has money and likes to spend it
