History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and seeks redemption

Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bookbinder they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Carter, and he later adopted a second son.
