Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Gifted from a young age, Cory studied abroad. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cory grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cory. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born in the east. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.
