History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A freak accident while working with his Fortune-teller mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Miles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded.
