History: Bertram hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Bertram was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Bertram decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Thomas was born with his mother's beautiful face. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Apothecary responsibilities is difficult; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a black shirt, with a tan mid length shorts with tan tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His hair is short and chestnut. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He's also a talented Sailor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a Shepherd first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He got into the Shepherd business at a young age. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has worked as a Shepherd like his father before him.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: The light-skinned man stands 6'1" and is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His blonde hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
