Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His hair is black, silky, and of moderate length. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bertram embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Bertram was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.

History: Theobald was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His first spouse was a Scribe, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shoemaker for hire.

Motivation: To be a Scribe again; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He is a Deep Scion in disguise. His childhood dream was to be a Armorer, but he was a colossal failure. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
