History: Miles was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: This late middle aged man wears a green vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His red leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his green boots flare out at the collars and is in decent physical shape. His red hair is lengthy. He is baby faced.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Ernest enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To be a Layabout again; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Frederick embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His childhood dream was to be a Blacksmith, but he was a colossal failure. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wants a kiss
