He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
