History: He was born into a rich family. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and to pay off his debts

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got.
