History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.
