History: Jocelyn lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Jocelyn was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Jocelyn's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. Peter is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
