Description: He is lean but muscular and wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is light but he possesses many tan ritualistic tattoos. He dresses like a well dressed Gardener does. His white hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Percival grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Percival took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sai and armor he uses now. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

His hair is long and white with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small yellow clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and to end his boredom

His hair is long and red with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small yellow clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.
