History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Fisher arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Tim was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win.
