History: Randal hails from a village terrorized by giants. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Randal alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.
