Description: This western man likes to wear ponchos typically of a light blue in addition to tight pants. His clothes are grease stained in places. His blonde hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Gerald hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Through the years after Gerald was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Gerald's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Diggory was born with his mother's beautiful face. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to be a detective again

Description: He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat, but does not cut a very imposing figure. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kody grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Bookbinder but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in the north to a Bookbinder, Lewis learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
