Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Bertram's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by vampirism.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Aldous is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He tends to his Server job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Marshal born in the past three hundred years. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He has achieved small success as a Marshal.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and seeks redemption

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fisher. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. Roger enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Roger was born with his father's beautiful face. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Navigator for the past few years.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is unsatisfied with his job
