Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He wears a robe, a symbol of luck around his neck, and a halberd on his belt. His white hair is matted, messy, and big. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Justin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and doesn't want to be a actor and was forced into it by his family

Description: With grey face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are brown and catlike.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gunter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is wearing a long, white cloak. His brown hair is singed and shortened. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Assassin. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Odo was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: Expand his business; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: This younger middle-aged man usually wears his grey robe and has his club always slung over his shoulder, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.
Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Charles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Charles took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up club and armor he uses now. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
