History: Tim was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying east to reunite his family. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Frederick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
