History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and he has a crush on the local marshal

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Charles was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
