History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His childhood dream was to be a Junk Dealer, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Barber for hire.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Chad isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Stylist kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
