Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Roland was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Farmer. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
