History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shipwright they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Glassblower, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: He got into the Navigator business at a young age. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Frederick alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He uses divination through singing.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Bather; and he feels threatened by others

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is wearing a long, brown, dusty cloak. His hair is cut close to his head. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is a Tailor first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Conrad was born with his mother's beautiful face. Conrad liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He struck the Tailor job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Don was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
