Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Lance hails from a village terrorized by drow. At some point he was captured by drow and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Healer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

History: He was born into a rich family. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. His first spouse was a Painter, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and he is greedy

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His childhood dream was to be a Brewer, but he was a colossal failure. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Apothecary for the past few years.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
