Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Simon was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His childhood dream was to be a Bounty Hunter, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.
