History: Born in the east to a Junk Dealer, Bertram learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He tends to his Junk Dealer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Junk Dealer responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor
