Description: The dark-skinned man stands 6'1" and wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat. He has a very tight haircut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Reynard is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Mayor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
