Description: He is scrawny and has patchy brown stubble. He wears a red vest and prefers brown and black shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has a hunchback. His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. He has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.
Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: Thomas was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: 5'0" and muscular, this northern man wears a fancy brown suit. He keeps his long chestnut hair kept up in a rat tail. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: He got into the Mason business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mason. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mason for hire.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and expand his business

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He receives visions of the future at random moments
History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: He is wearing a long, white cloak. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his sickle, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and money/treasure

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Bertram is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Bertram lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and doesn't want to be a bookbinder and was forced into it by his family
