Description: This tall, slender man wears tan painted combat armor at almost all times. With a patchy chestnut beard and wild chestnut hair. He is baby faced.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a blue coat with violet slacks. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed black hat.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a yellow armored body suit, with a simple green line shooting up and back down. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Simon was born with his father's beautiful face. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he is greedy

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He wears a red shirt with thin pastel vertical stripes and white pants, marred by chocolates. His chestnut hair is heavily combed to the left. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Description: An older man who wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, he is not a threatening figure. Sporting a auburn mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and to find somewhere to settle down
