Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Balimaar embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Detective business.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Through the years after Balimaar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Balimaar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Description: He is typically in his Actor uniform, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'1" when asserting himself. His golden hair is lengthy. He has a dull look in his brown eyes.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: The child of a Laborer, who enjoyed hunting, Frederick was taken on many hunting expeditions. Frederick was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Frederick decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. His golden hair is unkempt and raggedy. His gray eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east.

Description: An older man who wears a black Stetson hat and black clothes, he is not a threatening figure. His brown hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: Hugh is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Hugh was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His childhood dream was to be a Adventurer, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Adventurer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he prefers to wear yellow clothing when he does not wear armor. His silver hair is singed and shortened. His blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and doesn't want to be a stableman and was forced into it by his family
