Description: An older man who wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, he is not a threatening figure. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He has a dull look in his green eyes.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jocelyn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Ploughman profession.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: Richard is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Richard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Richard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Richard was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
