History: Born in the east to a Carpenter, Roland learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Mercenary, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing his hectic life and new carpenter responsibilities is difficult
